Geschichte
Der erste James Bond BMW wurde als Z3 mit insgesamt 10 verschiedenen Motoren gebaut. Als Roadster und als Coupé war der Z3 weltweit ein Erfolg. Der im USA Werk gebaute Sportwagen wurde insgesamt fast 200’000mal produziert. Der schnelle M Roadster wurde vom M3 abgeleitet und erhielt den 321PS starken 6 Zylinder Motor eingepflanzt. Diese Maschine lässt den Roadster in 5.4 Sekunden auf 100km/h sprinten und endet elektronisch begrenzt bei 250 Stundenkilometer. Dieses Exemplar war eine Sonderbestellung eines Schweizer BMW-Sammlers und hat jede nur erdenkliche Option. Das sehr harmonische Nappa-Leder ist aus Sicht von Goodtimer eine der herausragendsten Optionen, was in keinem anderen Exemplar der Schweiz im Angebot steht. Weitere Features wurden eingebaut, wie eine optimierte Abdeckung und Lagerung der Motorsteuerung oder ein edles Windschott aus Glas.
Karosserie und Lack:
Die Lackierung ist makellos und so neuwertig wie aus dem Showroom. Die Lackversiegelung schützt für die kommenden 12 Monate, und es gibt keinen Anlass für irgendwelche Konservierungsmassnahmen.
Interieur:
Auch das Interieur mit den hochwertigen Ledersitzen strahlt Neuwagenfeeling aus. Im Interieur sieht man diesem Exemplar die knapp 70’000km Fahrleistung nicht an.
Motor und Mechanik:
Der legendäre M3 Motor mit 3.2 Liter Hubraum und über 320PS passt ausgezeichnet zu diesem ausgereiften Sportroadster. Die professionelle Pflege bis hin zu verschiedenen Optimierungen machen den Motor langlebig und zuverlässig. Mit erst 68'000 Kilometer Fahrleistung hat dieser Z3 noch ein sehr langes Leben vor sich.
Fahrwerk:
Das Fahrwerk wurde mit dem K&W Dämpfersystem auf eine bessere Strassenlage getrimmt. Das Originalfahrwerk ist selbstverständlich vorhanden.
Fahrerlebnis:
Mit 321PS und einer hervorragenden Technik kann man diesen Roadster sehr sportlich fahren. Gleichzeitig lädt er zum Cruisen ein, denn dank seinem riesigen Drehmoment von 350Nm bei tiefen 3250 U/min. lässt er sich mit wenigen Schaltmanövern von der Stadt aufs Land bringen. Die Akustik des Reihensechsers verbietet es schier Musik zu hören, man geniesst mit diesem Auto ein sicheres und sehr freies Fahrgefühl.

History:

The sports car built in the USA was produced almost 200,000 times in total. The fast M Roadster was derived from the M3 and was fitted with the 321bhp 6-cylinder engine. This engine allows the Roadster to sprint to 100 km/h in 5.4 seconds and ends electronically limited at 250 kilometres per hour. This example was a special order from a Swiss BMW collector and has every conceivable option. From Goodtimer's point of view, the very harmonious Nappa leather is one of the most outstanding options, which is not available in any other example in Switzerland. Further features have been installed, such as an optimised cover and mounting for the engine control unit and an elegant glass wind deflector.
Bodywork and paintwork:
The paintwork is immaculate and as good as new, just like in the showroom. The paint sealant will provide protection for the next 12 months and there is no need for any conservation measures.
Interior:
The interior with its high-quality leather seats also exudes the feeling of a new car. You can't tell from the interior that this car has covered almost 70,000 kilometres.
Engine and mechanics:
